Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligible Services for 30-Day Refund

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases of:

• Shared Web Hosting (All plans)
• WordPress Managed Hosting (All plans)
• Reseller Hosting (Standard plans)

2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Due to direct upstream registrar and licensing costs, the following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain Name Registrations & Transfers: Once registered with ICANN/registry authorities, domain names are non-refundable. You retain full ownership of your domain.
• Dedicated Servers & Custom VPS: Setup and hardware reservation fees for dedicated nodes are non-refundable.
• cPanel & WHM Software Licenses: Third-party software licenses once activated cannot be refunded.
• SSL Certificates: Commercial SSL certificates once issued by the certificate authority.

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is quick and straightforward:

1. Log in to your ZM Hosted Client Billing Area.
2. Navigate to Support > Open Ticket and choose Billing & Refunds.
3. Specify your service invoice number and request account cancellation with refund.

Our billing department will process your request within 24 to 48 business hours.

4. Refund Methods & Processing Times

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 10 business days. Alternatively, you may choose to receive instant account credit for other hosting services.

5. Violation of Terms

Accounts terminated or suspended due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (such as malware, phishing, abuse, or spam) are not eligible for any refund.
